2. Account Rules
You must be at least 18 years old to register on Avitor. If this requirement is not met, the account cannot be opened. If age verification at a later stage reveals that a member is underage, the account will be closed, any deposited funds will be returned, and bonuses will be forfeited.
- Each person may open only one Avitor account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all of them will be closed.
- All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Never share your account login details with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
- You may not operate your account on behalf of a third party or allow anyone else to use it.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Avitor currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions must be made from the member's own registered mobile number or bank account — third-party transactions are not accepted and will be held.
- The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. For Rocket it is ৳300, and for bank transfer it is ৳5,000.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is generally ৳500. For VIP members, this can be customised.
- No Avitor processing fee applies to deposits. Any charges imposed by your mobile banking operator (if applicable) may still apply.
- Withdrawals will only be processed from KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will remain on hold.
- You may request a withdrawal even if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, but the bonus portion will be forfeited.
Avitor accepts no liability for delays caused by a mobile banking operator's server issues. That said, in such cases our support team can resolve the matter quickly using the transaction reference number.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Avitor offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, cashback, free bet, deposit match, and VIP bonus. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.
- Each bonus may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are for betting and gaming purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be forfeited — however, your original deposit will be returned.
- Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is not permitted.
- If a bonus code is required at registration, it must be entered correctly at that time — it cannot be added afterwards.
VIP Bonus Special Terms: Gold VIP members have a 2x wagering requirement on bonuses, Platinum members 1.5x, and Diamond members just 1x. These benefits are part of Avitor's VIP programme and depend on maintaining your tier.
5. Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed on Avitor, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is available. Please double-check all details before placing your bet.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Avitor reserves the right to void the affected bet. This is extremely rare, but the condition does apply.
- If a bet is not confirmed during live betting due to a lost internet connection, it will not be counted. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see the confirmation page.
- If unusual betting patterns — such as arbitrage betting — are detected, Avitor reserves the right to set limits on or review that account.
- In Sports Betting, the official match result is final. Payments will not be made on the basis of unofficial sources or rumours.

6. KYC & Identity Verification
Avitor requires identity verification (KYC) from all members to prevent fraud and ensure security. KYC may be requested before a large withdrawal is processed for the first time, or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- A clear photo of a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate must be uploaded.
- KYC information is used solely for identity verification. Avitor never shares this data with any third party.
- The KYC process is typically completed within 1–24 hours. If you need it handled urgently, contact support and your case will be prioritised.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed. Deposits and betting continue as normal in the meantime.
Once KYC is completed, it generally does not need to be repeated. However, re-verification may be required if the name or number on the account changes.
7. Code of Conduct

9. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Avitor reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal obligations. Where possible, members will be informed and given the opportunity to respond before any action is taken.
- If an account is closed, any real-money balance in the wallet (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no terms have been violated.

10. Terms & Conditions Change Policy
